Can The President Send Forces Into Chicago To Help Control Violence?

Jan. 25, 2017 President Trump is sending a message to leaders in Chicago after new reports on violent crimes there. The President tweeted,

If Chicago doesn’t fix the horrible “carnage” going on, 228 shootings in 2017 with 42 killings (up 24% from 2016), I will send in the Feds!

This tweet comes after Chicago Mayor criticized Mr. Trump of worrying about the size of the crowd at his inauguration. Gregg Jarrett, Fox News Anchor and Attorney, joins Happening Now to discuss if President Trump send Federal troops into Chicago to help the violence outbreak?
